This is the Day in which God’s most excellent favors have been poured out upon men, the Day in which His most mighty grace hath been infused into all created things.
It is incumbent upon all the peoples of the world to reconcile their differences, and, with perfect unity and peace, abide beneath the shadow of the Tree of His care and loving-kindness.
It behoveth them to cleave to whatsoever will, in this Day, be conducive to the exaltation of their stations, and to the promotion of their best interests.

Today we are anticipating the Birth of Baha’u’llah.
We made some unity cards in my BESS class, and the children learnt the song Ye are Drops of one ocean. The last few weeks we have been learning about the Life of Baha’u’llah. We have also been learning some of his writings by heart.
We are off to a celebration tonight with our Baha’i community, and Saturday the community is inviting more of our friends to a celebration.
How are you celebrating the Birth of Baha’u’llah in your community?
It’s a joyous time !

(A good summary of the holy day.)
Here’s something I’ve been meaning to use with the classes when they are learning more abt the Bab, Baha’u’llah and Abdu’l-Baha. I plan to have a large picture of the world map for the term. We’ll put a mark where Australia is and where Baha’u’llah was born. So whenever I tell a new story, we’ll pin on the map where Baha’u’llah is in the story.
